(SUSPENSION) HIPERMAX GR86/BRZ Cup for BRZ (ZD8)
Code No. 86CUP-AT001
The model in the photo is ZN8.
■Summary
- A professional series designated product developed for the domestic racing event "TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GR86/BRZ Cup 2023".
- Based on the HIPERMAX R, tests were conducted on tires for the 2023 series according to the GR86/BRZ CUP vehicle regulations.
- We welcomed Mr. Nobuteru TANIGUCHI as the development driver and set up the product.
- Please adjust the damping force depending on the wear conditions of the tires, for example, setting it strong at qualifying or set weak at the final.
- The roll amount is optimally tuned by utilizing the bump rubber actively that HKS has been studying for many years.
- ASEA standard registered products. T.R.A. Approval Number: T.R.A. 230322-147
- Since the product is set to focus on driving performance on a circuit, please be careful when driving on open roads.
- This product can be overhauled, but the specification change service is not available.

*1. Height from road surface to fender arch.
*2. Height at factory is the data tested at HKS with the setting of Full Kit. (HKS' recommended setting.)
*3. Adjustable range (However, the lowest value may not be road legal.
Even within the adjustable range, car body, arm etc. may contact. In such case, it will be hard to drive.
Damper oil leakage or any other problems caused by low ride height setting from the factory setting will void the warranty of the product.)
*4. Drivable range that there is no contact of car body or arms etc. (However, change of tire/wheel size may cause a problem.)
Caution). Actual data depends on each vehicle.

■Technologies used in the HIPERMAX for GR86/BRZ Cup
High-performance Fluid SRF*
HKS has developed a High viscosity special oil against the heat sag through overheating. In addition, by increasing the damping from the very low-speed range, we have achieved a reliable steering feeling, tidiness, and high stability.
*SRF : Super Response Fluid
High-tension spring LVS*
A high-strength special wire rod that is ideal for sports driving is used in the product.
A high-performance spring that has excellent response and flexibility. (Used for the front only)
*LVS : Low Vibration Spring
Spring Retainer
The spring retainer on the upper side of the spring is the standard equipment. Make low friction comes true without occurring the side force. It improves driving stability by following the posture of a car.
* The spring in the image is different from the actual product.
